Génesis Cabrera (Caracas, 1994) is a fashion and documentary photographer whose work navigates the space between the intimate and the urban, the everyday and the extraordinary. Her visual voice is shaped by the cities she’s lived in—Caracas, New York, and London—and by her background in film and photography, which she began studying in 2019 in New York. Through a warm, soft, and honest aesthetic, Génesis explores themes like the female Faces, spaces, cultural identity, and the beauty found in the ordinary. Her images are centered on capturing authenticity—finding that angle that feels effortless yet speaks volumes, turning simplicity into something rich and visually striking. She’s drawn to dim light, subtle moments, and scenes that seem to hold stories waiting to be told. Her artistic approach is about revealing what often goes unnoticed, through a deeply personal lens—where fashion becomes more than style: it becomes emotional, expressive, and culturally grounded.
